High low mullet skirt with a draped mesh overlay. The draped mesh overlay is trimmed with ruffles of black lace and black velvet ribbon and is gathered by large black velvet bows all over. The satin bottom layer of the skirt has several ruffled tiers of broad lace. Elastic waistband with concealed zipper on the side.
